The purpose of this paper is to examine Indonesia’s state budget and debt deficits. Using the descriptive methodology analysis. The secondary data collected from 1998 – 2014. The finding is deficit that occurs due to inadequate income from taxes and non-taxes that the deficit is forced to pay off the debt.
