Green open space can be applied to pedestrian paths to support activities on pedestrian paths. In the Peruri Karawang residential area, green open space is needed by the community. Apart from being an interaction area, the existing open space can also be useful as forming a microclimate for the environment. The phenomenon that occurs on the pedestrian path at the Peruri Karawang Housing Complex is the lack of a clear landscape planning concept so that the space does not function optimally both in terms of function and aesthetics. The aim of this research is to identify the use of pedestrian paths in the Peruri Karawang Residential Area. This is because inappropriate use often occurs on pedestrian paths. Primary and secondary data collection methods through field surveys and literature studies. The results of this research show that on the pedestrian path there are several uses that are not appropriate to their function, thereby reducing the quality of the pedestrian path, both functionally and aesthetically. Therefore, an appropriate planning concept is needed for the pedestrian path area so that it has good function and good aesthetic quality
