The most important asset in supporting the success of a company is human resources or it can be called employees. Companies that produce good performance and achievements are obtained from employees who have high work motivation and productivity, this can increase the pace of the wheels so that they run fast. The purpose of the study was to test analyzing the Effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Job Crafting on Work Engagemnt and Person- Job Fit (Study on West Jakarta Coffee Shop Employees). The sample in this study was 123 respondents using the purposive sampling method. This type of research uses quantitative approach methods. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and goodness of fit model tests. The results showed that partially the positive influence between job crafting and person-job fit on work engagement. Then perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job crafting. Meanwhile, job crafting partially has no effect on person-job fit.
