PROFIL SUBKLAS IGG PADA INDIVIDU PENERIMA VAKSIN COVID19 PLATFORM VEKTOR VIRUS

he Profile of IgG Subclass in Individuals receiving Covid19 Vaccine Platform Virus. The immune response post-COVID-19 vaccination varies due to the accelerated vaccine development process to address the ongoing COVID19 pandemic. The aim of this study is to obtain data on the cellular immune response of individuals post-virus vector COVID-19 vaccination as supporting data for COVID19 vaccination policy in Indonesia. The research method to be implemented involves the use of stored raw materials (BBT) in the form of plasma from individuals who received the virus vector COVID-19 vaccine, taken at six different time points. The ELISA method is used to assess the levels of immunoglobulin G subclasses present in the plasma of individuals who received the COVID-19 vaccination. Repeated one-way ANOVA or Friedman Test is used to analyze the mean differences in IgG subclass levels in 4 groups based on time. Results showed that the IgG1 subclass dominated the overall IgG subclass levels at the six-time points. There were significant differences in IgG1 and IgG2 levels based on time (p<0.0001), but no significant differences were found in the IgG3 (p=0.276) and IgG4 (p=0.967) subclasses. This study indicates that the levels of IgG1 and IgG2 subclasses can be used as markers of increased immunity in individuals receiving the virus vector COVID-19 vaccine. Keywords: COVID-19 vaccine, Virus vector, Humoral immunity, Subclass IgG
